We are a non-smoking facility.

For the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow pets. 

We cannot accommodate children under age thirteen.  We have many antiques in the house and for this reason have found it necessary to adopt this policy.

Our check in and cancellation policy 

Our check in time is from 4-6 PM; if you are unable to arrive by 6 PM, please call us so we can attempt to make suitable arrangements. Cancellations must be by a person to person telephone call.  If made within 10 days of your reserved date, we will process your credit card information, honor your cancellation request and mail you a complimentary gift certificate valid for the months of November-March following the date(s) of your original reservation. However, we are unable to offer refunds or gift certificates for cancellations made within 48 hours of your check-in time.  Please note that our cancellation policy is somewhat different than that of a hotel, but similar to the policy at many Bed & Breakfasts Inns.  Most guests plan their B & B stay some time in advance; last minute rentals are  not typical.  Therefore, if a cancellation is made on short notice it is unlikely that your reserved room can be rented.  Also, when you make a reservation, we mark the room as taken on our reservations website which prevents others from selecting your reserved room for their planned get away.
